Olitian Album Guarantee

Our products are guaranteed for 3 years against all defects in workmanship. However, it does not apply to damage caused by normal wear, misuse or accidental damage. We have quality control checks at every critical stage to ensure quality. We check at completion of printing, after binding or assembly, and prior to shipping.

Production Times

Flush Mount Albums and Boxes will be despatched within 3 to 4 weeks and frames and Canvas will be despatched within 2 weeks of receipt of deposit respectively.

Sample Discounts

We offer a 30% discount on all products to be used as samples and not for re-sale (except for re-touching services and USBs). Samples will be marked as such.

Colour Management

We calibrate our printers for each type of paper and canvas regularly to ensure printing quality. It is your responsibility to calibrate your monitor.  We recommend that photographers calibrate their monitors once a month.

Printing and Binding

As we do all of our printing and binding in-house, we do not accept prints from other sources. The quality offer inkjet print is of the highest standard.

Payment

After submitting your order online, we will send you an Order Confirmation via email. The invoice will be emailed to you within 12 hours. A 40% deposit must be paid prior to commencement of work on all orders. The balance must be paid within 3 days of receipt of products. Payment must be made into the following bank account:
